When creating your account please make sure you have a valid e-mail address as this is how we will correspond with you. Please refer to this page for hardware requirements to see if your current system will support creating your own CDGs.http://www.powerkaraoke.com/src/sup_faq.php We will not credit back an account for a song that was cancelled during a download. You have the opportunity to listen to a enough of the song to decide if you like it before you buy it. Do not expect a refund on a song you have purchased because you do not like it after you have downloaded it. We have to pay for the song once it has been downloaded and so do you. Make SURE you do not cancel while downloading OR hit the “back” button in your browser or you will be charged for that song. We suggest you create a folder to store the songs you will download. Make sure you create this folder in a place you will remember where they are as you will need to access them from the “Power Karaoke” software to create your own CDGs. Once you have downloaded your songs to your hard drive please refer to the documentation on how to create a CDG at Power Karaoke here.
